Shortly after watching the pet episode MLP:FiM I couldn't help but think this. This is in fact what inspired this dumb doodle:[link]

I'm glad I waited to draw the comic though because if it had been done back then I would have been going crazy trying to imitate styles. Thing is, this is a silly comic about ponies and turtles, who cares how clean and perfect it is! So, messy comic page.
